Pine Meadow Cabins in Broken Bow was built on a tract of privately owned forest in 1999. The Hochatown community is surrounded by thousands of acres of Weyerhaeuser and Ouachita National forests. What began as a “retirement hobby” with three small cabins, has grown into a full-time family operation of more than twenty cabins for rent in Broken Bow, land for sale near Hochatown, and cabins for purchase. We are not real estate agents. We live on this land, and will show you what we have. From 1 acre tracts to hundred-plus acre tracts. A Family Touch - Sunshine Dried Sheets!

We try to describe the environment of Pine Meadow Cabins, but it’s difficult to remember everything. Sure, we provide clean linens – but did you know your sheets were probably sunshine dried? When weather permits, we hang them on the line the old-fashioned way for a crisp, clean feel and smell. And we use “real” sheets. What is up with going someplace and finding they’ve put flat sheets on the mattresses??? Like I said, we use real sheets here – the flat sheet and the fitted one.

The Things You Expect & More!

And the kitchen… it's completely furnished with pots, pans, dishes and cups. No need to pack the kitchen. In the summer, you might find a few garden-fresh tomatoes or some tree-ripened fresh figs to be shared. In the winter, I have been known to bake fresh bread and leave it in your cabin with a stick of butter - but no promises.
