We are sought out as a destination for our trees and water, not fine dining. But we will get you fed. And the food is good.
Beavers Bend Restaurant 580-494-6551
Located in Beavers Bend Resort Park. Eat on the outdoor covered deck overlooking the flowing Lower Mountain Fork River. Be careful or the squirrels will steal your french fries. Grilled trout, hamburger baskets and fried catfish are particularly good eats. You’ll not find a more scenic restaurant. Seat yourself (shoes barely required) on the upper deck surrounded by majestic pine tree tops and the river below. They also have general store supplies and food.

Famous (just ask Southern Living magazine) for their homemade chocolate pies and cakes. Serves the best fried catfish in Hochatown.

Good for breakfast… biscuits and gravy, bacon and eggs, the traditional works. You'll expect to find Grandma cooking, it tastes so good. Lately, everyone has raved about the fried green tomatoes and fresh squash, and I don't mean the movie.

Meat counter for steaks or chops to go for your grill. Good hamburgers served with a too-generous portion of tater tots. A deli counter, pizza, amazingly tasty Gulf shrimp that is delivered fresh, groceries, supplies, minnows and fishing worms are also available. They have diesel, gasoline and propane. Rocking chair next to the pay phone and Daily Oklahoman newspaper rack.

Located across from the main entrance to Beavers Bend Resort Park. Hand dipped Blue Bell ice cream, fresh made deli-sandwiches, game room, souvenir shop, toys, snack foods, fishing supplies, Oklahoma fishing licenses, camping and RV items, and anything you forgot to pack for the cabins.

Judy's Red Hot Tamale Cart
Located across from Beavers Bend. Homemade tamales from the family recipe. Made fresh, sold by the dozen.
Dancing Rabbit Creek Internet Coffee House
Located across from Beavers Bend. If you must check your email, this is the place. Laptops set up, printer available. Order the iced coffee, your boss will never know you're playing in Broken Bow and not at the office.

The best (only) grocery store in town, and has a drive through window. I suggest you shop here on your way in to the cabins. They have super friendly employees and clean restrooms.
Cabin kitchens
Some larger cabins have double oven – one for the Thanksgiving turkey and an extra for the apple pie. Or maybe twice as many cookies.
Cabin charcoal grill and campfire ring
Bring your s’mores, grill the trout you catch at Spillway Creek, fix hot dogs. Camp cooking at its best. Bring charcoal and wire clothes hangers for wiennie sticks and marshmallows.
